The British Invasion invites a wide range of vendors from parts collectors, to jewelry and teddy bear artisans. We also welcome food trucks! We currently offer two options: outdoor space in the British Marketplace or space under the main registration tent.

Registration Tent/Queen’s Court Tent

The registration tent houses registration and event regalia.

The Queen’s Court tent hosts the bar, cocktail receptions, and Ladies Hat Competition.

$475/unit includes:

  • 3 days starting at noon on Friday

  • 20 ft. (Frontage) X 15 ft. (Depth)

  • 4 persons per space (additional persons are $25/each)

  • One social media post across platforms

  • 3 days starting at noon on Friday

  • 20 ft. (Frontage) X 15 ft. (Depth)

  • 4 persons per space (additional persons are $25/each)

Food Trucks/vendors

$100 advance against 15% of retail sales:

  • 3 days starting at noon on Friday

  • 20 ft. (Frontage) X 15 ft. (Depth)

  • One social media post across platforms

Food trucks need to be registered in VT. If you plan to attend for more than one day you will need to add the British Invasion and Town of Stowe as “additional insured” on your liability insurance.

Add-Ons

  • Table rentals (8’ banquet): $15/each

  • Generator (super quiet, 200 watt, 20 amp): $150

  • Additional people (4 people included): $25/person

  • Tent and cabana rentals are available as well please inquire for pricing

  • Additional social media posts: $30/post

Individual vendor spaces will be marked out and assigned prior to the event. Please plan your space requirements accordingly. Vendors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis and in accordance with Executive Committee Planning Activities. Vendor space is offered on a pre-registration only basis.
